Orders
By placing an order with Mishals Jewelry, you confirm that the delivery details you provide are accurate. Orders are confirmed once accepted and processed for dispatch.
Pricing
All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders, payable to our delivery rider at the time of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are final and not eligible for exchange.
Product Accuracy
We do our best to accurately represent our products in photos and descriptions. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
