Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product (a different design, size, or item than what you ordered):

  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery

  • Share clear pictures of the received product and parcel label

  • We will arrange a replacement 

  • Our rider will collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Item

If your item arrives damaged:

  • You must report it within 6 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Clear pictures

    • An unboxing video (starting from the sealed parcel)

  • After verification, we will offer:

    • A replacement (subject to stock), OR

    • A refund if replacement is not available

🚫 Claims without picture/video proof within the time window may not be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

  • Product used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Claim made after the allowed reporting time


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in case of:

  • Out-of-stock replacement

  • Verified damaged item (if replacement unavailable)

💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval


4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for size or design changes. Please review product details carefully before ordering.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Important Notes

  • Mishals.pk reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions

  • All decisions regarding returns and refunds are made after inspection

  • Customers must cooperate with the return pickup process
