We offer returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
If you receive the wrong product (a different design, size, or item than what you ordered):
Contact us within 12 hours of delivery
Share clear pictures of the received product and parcel label
We will arrange a replacement
Our rider will collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one
If your item arrives damaged:
You must report it within 6 hours of delivery

After verification, we will offer:
A replacement (subject to stock), OR
A refund if replacement is not available
🚫 Claims without picture/video proof within the time window may not be accepted.
We do not offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Change of mind after receiving the product
Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)
Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
Product used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery
Claim made after the allowed reporting time
Refunds are only issued in case of:
Out-of-stock replacement
Verified damaged item (if replacement unavailable)
Refunds are processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
