Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout Pakistan via trusted courier services.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

📦 Major Cities: 2–4 working days
📦 Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable)

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation message

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp (when available)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable:

  • The courier may attempt delivery again

  • If the parcel is returned due to non-response or refusal, future orders may require advance payment


7. Parcel Inspection Policy

For security reasons:

  • Please do not open the parcel before payment (Cash on Delivery rules)

  • If you suspect damage, record a video while opening the parcel after receiving it

  • Open Parcel can be arranged on special Requests

This helps us process any claims faster under our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen.

If your parcel is significantly delayed:

  • Contact our support team with your order number

  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue


9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong contact number

  • Incomplete delivery details

Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.
